Group Runs: See Schedule in Right Margin
Running with a group has many benefits. The times just seems to go by a lot faster for one and running with others give you that incentive to push yourself a little harder. We encourage runners of all levels to join us for our group runs. The intensity of the workouts can be adjusted to fit the running goals of each person. Membership in the Orangeburg Striders is not required to be a part of our group runs.
If a time doesn't suit you, give me a call 803-378-5981 and we may start a new run.
