Early Packet Pickup
Friday August 24 from 5 pm - 7 pm at the First Baptist Family Life Center

Practice
All particpants are welcome to come on Friday during packet pickup to practice from 4-7 pm.

Race Day Registration
Registration starts at 7:15 a.m. until 8:15 a.m. Body Marking will take place at the same time.

Race Course
The swim will take place in the Family Life Center pool with 1 Life Guard per 50 swimmers on staff and at least one certified swimming instructor on hand. The cycling course winds through a quiet Orangeburg neighborhood. The run takes place on the campus of the Family Life Center. Rotarians, Orangeburg Young Professionals and Public Safety will be monitoring the course for safety.

Awards
Awards will be given to top 3 overall male and female and individual age group top 3 finishers male and female. All participants will receive a medal and T-shirt.

75 yds swim (3 laps)
1 mile cycle
.5 mile run (1 lap of campus)

9-11
125 yds swim (5 laps)
2 mile cycle
.5 mile run (1 lap of campus)

12-15
225 yds (9 laps)
3 mile cycle
1 mile run (2 laps of campus)

Aid Station

There will be one aid station on each course and exiting the transition area

Post Race
Refreshments and Food will be available.
